Your First Visit

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows our practitioners to easily examine the area being treated.

Please bring a list of any current prescription medications, over-the-counter remedies, or
supplements you take regularly. If you have any relevant imaging reports, specialist letters, or
insurance forms, please bring those as well. We also ask that you complete your intake forms
prior to your visit when possible.

Your first appointment typically includes a detailed health history, physical assessment,
explanation of findings, a recommended treatment plan, and treatment.

Initial assessments typically take longer because they include a detailed history, physical exam, diagnosis or clinical impression, and treatment plan. Follow-up appointment lengths vary
depending on the service and your specific treatment needs.

The number of treatments depends on your condition, severity, goals, and how your body responds to care. After your initial assessment, your practitioner will explain their findings and recommend a treatment plan.

Services & Treatments

We use a multidisciplinary, team-based approach. Our Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Psychologists, and medical providers work together to provide care that looks at the full picture, not just the symptoms.

If you are unsure which service is best for you, our team can help guide you. Many conditions can be treated by more than one discipline, and some treatment options such as shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, dry needling/IMS, and electrical acupuncture may be offered by more than one type of provider. We will recommend the most appropriate  provider based on your symptoms, goals, and  treatment needs.

We commonly help with neck pain, back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, foot and ankle injuries, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, workplace injuries, muscle strains, joint pain, tendon injuries, concussions, and chronic or recurring pain.

Chiropractic care may include spinal or joint manipulation, mobilization, soft-tissue therapy, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, education, dry needling/IMS, electrical acupuncture, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, and treatment for muscle, joint, nerve, and movement-related conditions.

Physiotherapy focuses on assessing movement, strength, mobility, injury recovery, and function. Treatment may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, dry needling/IMS,
electrical acupuncture, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, concussion care, and education to help you recover and prevent future injuries.

Yes, we offer both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture and Medical Acupuncture / IMS (Dry Needling) These treatments may be used for pain, muscle tension, mobility restrictions, nervous system symptoms, and general wellness depending on the provider and your individual needs.

Active Release Technique, or ART, is a hands-on soft-tissue treatment that combines specific pressure with patient movement. It is often used to address muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, and nerve-related problems, especially with repetitive strain or overuse injuries.

The Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft-tissue treatment that uses specialized stainless-steel tools to assess and treat areas of muscle, fascia, scar tissue, and soft-tissue restriction. It may be used to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery from certain injuries.

Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate healing in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. It is commonly used for stubborn
or chronic injuries such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff-related shoulder pain, and patellar tendinopathy.

Class IV Laser Therapy uses therapeutic light energy to help reduce pain and inflammation
while supporting tissue healing. It may be used as part of a treatment plan for muscle, joint, tendon, ligament, and nerve-related conditions.
